The effect of the program that was taken up was reduced stress and tension. Many encountered loss of weight and a sound sleep.
While going to bed its right to analyze the positive and the good side of relationships and connectives. This will eventually improve sleep.
When one starts thinking about the darker side of life and starts inviting stress then it does not help in healthy living as it brings about a chain of problems like blood pressure and weight gain.
Stress and worries put an end to a healthy way of living and increases a lot of other health problems. Headaches, tight muscles over the neck and sleeplessness are the problems that are led here.
I may not also feel it easy to do three tasks that have made me feel the sense of thanking. Once it is perfectly done then the success is on the way.
Taking up the task of scheduling a Gratitude Diary will be very useful in getting happiness and delight. The main thing to concentrate is to check out the positive side rather than the negative.
