Sensation and Physical Perception -Once you begin to perceive everything that you have visualized, start to feel the drowse slipping into your body and mind. You will now feel sleepy and ready to hit the sack.
Thoughts and Images -Start thinking that your entire body is shutting down from a long hard day’s work and you will eventually finally experience rest.
Motives -You will now make it a point to reach your goal which is to fall asleep. As the entire process invokes a feeling you now sinking into. Be more motivated to get there as you are drawing nearer.
Expectations: the more you sink deeper the sleepier you get. You will finally reach rest, relaxation, sleep.
