What Can Cause Poor Sleep

There are a lot of things, some plain and some not, that may stop you from having good night’s sleep. Several are related to stimulants that are well known such as coffee or some over the counter pain relievers and decongestants. The single most over used stimulant is caffeine. Numerous people rely on the caffeine in tea, coffee or cola sodas for that first wake up each morning and drink even more throughout the day to keep them awake.
